Operator declared it was cleaning solution but threw it in trash. ![]() One spray bottle was found without any discernable lable. Held discussion about continuing to monitor temperatures of food in prep units and being vigilant about avoiding bare hand contact with food. Potentially hazardous food in prep units were found to be at acceptable temperatures. ![]() No violation noted during this evaluation.
